POLYCAPROLACTONE
Policaprolactone is a collagen biostimulator for the treatment of flaccidity and one of the alternatives in body definition in the treatment for cellulite with Goldincision. The treatment principle is to use the body’s natural response to the presence of foreign bodies to stimulate the formation of collagen around the microspheres, thus enabling a versatile and non-surgical approach to the need to support flabby tissues.
In the treatment for cellulite with Goldincision, right after anesthetizing a patient, the doctor distributes a poolicaprolactone in the place to be treated, not with an additive effect but synergistic, to promote a biostimulation of collagen and reduce flaccidity, which is one of the causes of cellulite. Only after this stage is the detachment of the fibroses that form the ripples of cellulite in the skin. Used in a fixed concentration, the product can have polymer chains of varying lengths, to increase its duration up to four years.

Its formula is biologically compatible, which means minimal risk of allergy or rejection, being a product approved by Brazilian, European and North American health agencies.
Even after being absorbed, the polycaprolactone leaves in its place a tissue rich in collagen produced by the patient, maintaining a definition of the body contour and the uniform appearance of the skin. This new, healthier fabric also contributes to the development of skin quality attributes, such as softness, hydration, shine and texture. In addition, a biostimulation, despite not having the objective of gaining volume, collaborates to replace part of the bone, fat and skin layers, naturally lost with aging, which is one of the causes of flaccidity.
